Bookings
- All bookings require a credit card to hold the reservation
- All bookings are subject to a $250 pre authorized deposit
- Bookings can be paid for using credit card, debit, e-transfer and cash.

Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-in time is from 2:00pm – 8pm.
- Please call for a later check in.
- Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
- Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by phone of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 1 night’s stay.
- Please call for group booking of more that 2 rooms.
- Room not occupied by 8pm will be considered as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. No-shows will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Smoking
- All rooms are non-smoking. Our smoking area is on the cement pad beside the river. Any rooms that smell like smoke from you smoking in the doorway or beside an open window will be subject to a $250 fee for additional cleaning.

Pets
- 1 small dog is welcome at our pet-friendly motel based on pet room availability. Please call to check for availability. We do charge a $15 per night pet rate.
- All pets must be approved by management.
Notes
- 1 bedroom units are max 3 people and our 2 bedroom unit is max 5. Call to inquire for other group sizes.
- No parties. This is a family-friendly motel.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
